Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout Now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Goods are supplied by Forum Products Ltd, 41-51 Brighton Rd, Redhill, RH1 6YS. Forum Products Ltd is a subsidiary of Forum Bioscience Holdings Ltd and the name Forum Group will be shown against any payment made on your credit card or debit card statement.

Orders are processed and despatched from Forum Products Ltd, FREEPOST TN3354, Sevenoaks TN14 5BR.

Acceptance of Orders
Acceptance of Orders
When you order online you will be sent an automated e-mail to confirm that your order has been received at the web site. However it is only when we despatch your order to you that your order is accepted by us.
Non-acceptance of Orders
If for any reason we cannot accept your order we will e-mail you. Non acceptance of an order may be due to one of the following:
• Product unavailability
• Non-authorisation of your payment
• A product or pricing error
Payment
We take payment from your card when we receive your order. If we find we are unable to supply the goods we will e-mail you and credit a full refund to your card.
Please note we use HSBC's Secure e-Payments system. They recommend the following:
a) Internet Explorer Versions 5.5 and above with 128-bit encryption.
b) Netscape Navigator 4.75 and above with 128-bit encryption excluding version 6.0, 6.2 and 8.0
Delivery

Deliveries can only be made to the address given on your credit card statement. Goods are normally delivered within 10 working days from receipt of your order. Delays occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors and in this case we will e-mail you.
Availability
We try to keep all the items in stock. If we have run out, or do not have the full amount, we will e-mail you and tell you. We will then send your order as soon as the stock arrives. You can, of course, cancel the order if you wish.
Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch of the goods. Just e-mail animal.health@forumgroup.co.uk or phone 01737 781416, or write to Forum Products Ltd, FREEPOST TN3354, Sevenoaks TN14 5BR. Your payment will then be credited in full.
Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched, just send it back to us within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the price of the goods. We regret that we do not refund the cost of postage unless the goods are faulty or we have made a mistake with the order. If you use our “Freepost” facility to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of this from the price refunded. Also please note we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used, unless found to be faulty.

We take all steps to make sure that shopping with us is secure, and worry free. All credit and debit card details are entered direct into the HSBC Bank plc’s Secure ePayments Card Processing System.

Our shop site needs to place a cookie on your computer to process your order and to enable on-line credit card payment. The cookie will be used to store information including your name, address, phone number and e-mail address but not your credit card number.

We respect your confidentiality and the data you supply will be used by Forum Bioscience Holdings Ltd and its subsidies and agents to process your order, it will not be passed onto anyone else. We will only send you further information relating to our products and offers if you have given us permission to do so.
Conditions of Sale
Liability
Forum Products Ltd is not liable for any “consequential losses” arising from the non delivery of goods for whatever reason. The liability of Forum Products Ltd is limited only to the value of the goods ordered.
Acceptance
It is a condition of sale that customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and, by placing an order, are deemed to have agreed to do so. We sometimes have to change these terms and conditions and these changes will take effect when posted onto the web site.
